Our event will begin with a mindfulness bell, and TràMy will guide you through how to enjoy our home-cooked food with a mindfulness experience. You'll learn to look deeply into how each ingredient was cultivated and thoughtfully prepared for you.
This Zen practice of mindful eating is something TràMy has cultivated through her 10 years of Zen practice in the Plum Village tradition.

Non-alcoholic welcome drink
Snack: Prawn crackers (Bánh phồng tôm)
Starters:
Mango salads
Ingredients: Pineapple, mango, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, garlic, ginger, red chilies, mint, coriander, salt, cider vinegar, and crispy dried fish (optional)
Summer rolls
Ingredients: Bún (rice noodles), mango, pineapple, lettuce, mint, coriander, prawn or tofu
Main:
Hanoi-style grilled Fish with turmeric and dill (Chả cá Lã Vọng)
Ingredients: Fish - catch of the day, yogurt, turmeric, galangal, onion, dill, fish sauce, peppers, spring onion - serve with rice noodle bún and dipping sauce
Veggie option:
Vietnamese rice noodles with tofu, lemongrass, and chili stir-fry (Bún đậu phụ xào xả ớt)
Ingredients: Tofu, lemongrass, panko breadcrumbs, bún (rice noodles), chilies, onions, soya sauce, mint, coriander, and lettuce
Desserts
Black rice yogurt (Sữa chua nếp cẩm)
Ingredients: Yogurt and black rice pudding
